RCG is evolving and growing as a company. Pros include: - Benefits - Technical consultants - Flexibility to move quickly - Senior leadership commitment - Company is trying to bring in younger consultants and managers that could evolve into leaders for the future of the company.

- Some senior leaders need to take step back and allow others to grow - Diversity in leadership - Need to fix this

small contributors get ignored. If you do not have a manager you report to, you are screwed when it comes to assessments and promotions
