Compensation is fair and paid on a timely basis.

Cons

They will tell you anything to get you to join in order to meet project requirements . Great for the client, not so good for the employee who joins on good faith.

I always have a new project after the other project ends. They find project for me even out of state. I feel that they value me. They offer great benefits - medical and paid time off to name a few.

Cons

Can't think of anything right now because US Region, especially, has been nothing but good to me.
