Nice Salary Range. Nice environment to work on because co employees, but it depends on how yoy interract with them

Cons

Oppurtunities are not so great. Management issues on some. Hire to bench is mostly seen and observed/experienced by a lot of people.

It's not for everyone, but if you are a high achieving consultant who doesn't want to be another number in the big 5, then you will do well here.

Cons

Increases are hard to come by. You have to advocate for yourself and make yourself indispensable.

High salary. Has a lot of onshore opportunities.

Cons

Few benefits for employees. They have rude employees. Most of the work are done during the night (night shift). Small cubicles. No advancement in terms of career (career goals, plans, etc).
