      Pros

      If you don't have a job and you can't find one, You should use this as a pit stop.

      Cons

      Its a sweat shop. The management has couple clients whom get billed as they think these guys are the best. They don't have steady long projects. That means the executive level guys are not able to convince companies that they can execute. Every project ends after a feasibility study for 3 - 4 months. Typical. Lots of travel required. Most of their employees are east Indians who get treated badly and they still take it as they need the Visa's.

      Pros

      Some great minds. Good health benefits. Decent compensation. Club - if you get to make it

      Cons

      There are 4 senior VPs, one for each region, each VP more lackluster than the other. Surrounding each senior VP is a ring of first responders (tier 1). Each of the first reponders have a group of people that they confide in (tier 2). If you are not part of tier 2 then you are basically persona non grata. Screwed in other words. You wont even be invited to participate in extra works such as SOWs and other pursuits. No training to speak of.

      Pros

      There are several nice, capable people who work at RCG but there is a small circle of core people that get all of the attention. All practice areas are led by a single person with a small cadre of lieutenants. After that they go to the contract market for talent. Internal processes are given lip service and are out dated

      Cons

      The ethics of the company are questionable. Employees are not valued and if you land on the bench you will be let go if they can't place you. No career development. Compensation is on the low end. Regional VPs are sleazy.
