where to start, the managers in charge of the service technicians are bad. They pretend to hear your concerns and act like they will provide the assistance you need but will ultimately use it against you whenever they want to trim some fat around the office (they have been in a hiring/firing loop since the pandemic) They lost a chunk of their workforce when they demanded everyone come back to the office

Leadership was the key reason for many people switching jobs or actively looking for those. Anyone, even a new hire could tell the management didn't care. First, the training they provided was poor, and second, they never offered support. If you came across a challenge, you had to handle it on your own. Many of my colleagues were also hostile and fake. They never offered help and avoided taking responsibility. It was disgusting and ridiculous. BEWARE!
