I could not think of a better thing in this company.

Cons

Management seemed to lack clear direction and focus, which made it tough for employees to understand what was expected of them. The biggest problem was that they didn't seem to prioritize the customer experience at all. The attitude of the managers was far from helpful. It felt like they were more interested in enforcing rules and showing a lack of respect for the employees' efforts. Discrimination in various forms, was also an issue, and it added to the overall discontent among the staff. It's not a place I would recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and positive work environment.

They are committed to giving back to the community, and I have the opportunity to join in some charitable activities.

Cons

Upper management was a disaster, and they were constantly making stupid decisions that made our jobs even harder. We were constantly overloaded with work, and we were often expected to put in long hours without any extra compensation. One of the worst things, about working here was the trouble-prone software. It was constantly crashing and freezing, and it made it very difficult to do our jobs. We would often have to stay late to fix the software problems, and we would often get blamed for things that were not our fault. The upper management never seemed to be satisfied with anything we did. The constant pressure and criticism made it very difficult to focus on our jobs and do our best work.

Fun work environment - extensive onboarding - everyone is super help. Managers meet with employee every month for 1 on 1, and each quarter there is professional development planning session. First company I have been in where they open share company performance and financials. Owners are very transparent with staff on how the company is doing and the future plans. I finally feel I am at a company the really cares about me and my future.

Cons

No real negatives, other than the occasional demanding customer that is difficult.
