there is no process please dont join hyderabad. no hr no policies, no tissues. VP is counting tea glasses. VP get food for us. noida office is better. you dont no when you going to fire. in hyderabad office they will hire and fire for simple reasons. you will fell like a school.

Cons

If you want to grow some business in hyderabad remove VP.

Good working environment. Multiple opportunities to grow within the organization. They have never missed a pay check, the time-sheet team follows up consistently to make sure we are paid on time. Approachable management team

Cons

Communication might be challenging. sometimes delayed but ok. i saw many times problem with timesheet aproval as third party client sites, but they come back and correct it.
