Good for them who want to initiate their's career with a good salary package. Good Appraisals for Freshers, great working environment, Understanding and supportive Management. Good Part is that the team, managements stays as family. loved working here because of cooperation and environment, Most Important Ravinder Tiwari is a great Mentor. It was a great value and learning experience, working under him.

No cons, just need to improve in some amenities like food.

Pros

Great and positive work environment. Management team really cares about employees. The location is very convenient with lots of public transportation. Finally, smart and talented people to work with and good incentives for employee referrals.

Cons

I haven't face any cons at the time.

Pros

They exist in India. They are a $20 million dollar firm. They have voicemail and they answer their phones once in a while.

Cons

Unlimited positions sent to your email address for positions all over the US that are not even close to your skill set. Its not considered spam because Constant Contact. They present me with positions and 2 - 3 days later that position is filled. That happened not only to me but a few friends of mine. If you call them they answer with a "Hello?"
