Pros

NFI is a great place if you enjoy the feeling of being under payed or under appreciated.

Cons

Advancement is poor. Empty promises every year. No incentives. Under appreciated. Salary or hourly rate is horrible.

Pros

The agency hires from within. They invest in their staff through training and education. They expect staff to succeed. There is a positive agency culture and positive norms. The agency culture expects direct feedback between staff and allows staff to take risks while still feeling supported. Clients are treated with respect in a non-punitive environment.

Cons

The pay is medium-low, the work/life balance is hard to manage.
