Pros

There are no best reasons to work at NAFI. Anything good always comes with a catch.

Cons

Management does not care about its Residental Managers and DDS staff which in turn affects the clients. The Farmington Office preaches transparency and praises itself for listening to feedback. This couldn't be further from the truth. You can give feedback, but don't waste your breath. They simply don't care. There is a reason the turn over rate here is so high. They burn-out new hires and take advantage of those whom stay. If they're staffing issues, YOU are responsible for picking up all the slack. Just a heads up: They're ALWAYS staffing issues. NAFI has been rated one of the best places to work. It's a lie. The only people who vote on the survey are the non-residental side of the business. So, keep all of this in mind while applying.
