Pros

There really are not a lot of reasons other than they are the largest auto parts distributor in North America. The people are great and all the independent NAPA jobbers are awesome.

Cons

Working 6 to 7 days a week. Using your sales team to move stores, do inventory and many non sales related functions.

Decent pay, but it isn't nearly enough for the demands put on people in certain positions

Poor business model and getting worse. No loyalty to customers and trending towards a lack of loyalty to long-time employees
