Insurance is ok, but nothing to be impressed.

Cons

You are just a number. The have a culture of abuse & bullying. Management violates company policy at will, they just cover it.

Decent incrementing wages Decent number of hours Coworkers foster a stress-free atmosphere Minor supervisors are encouraging Brings lower staff up to being minor supervisors

Does not excuse reasonable lateness or absences (i.e. car accidents, family crisis) Punishes those will severe illnesses or health catastrophes (i.e. diabetic coma) Dishonest management and finance department (I was shorted over $200) Eager to fire or reprimand Unrealistic expectations of all employees Last-minute notices of mandatory overtime Inhumane warehouse temperatures Expects workload to be completed in spite of interruptions incurred by management Does not permit employees to hold other jobs or attend college
