Pros
Highest pay in the retail/wholesale parts industry. There's a brother/sisterhood that is formed with the store employees in each district.
Cons
Typically middle management only wants to listen to the store manager, which I guess can be understandable; chain of command and all. However, it makes Assistant Store Managers feel like they are just there to pull the cart. Overall team morale throughout the district can be low at times. Stores are often short staffed, but considered full-staffed, which puts a lot of stress and unnecessary extra work on the store manager. However, this is also why they are able to pay dollars more an hour than their competitors.
