      Pros

      Decent starting pay for area Talented and welcoming coworkers No micromanagement - need to be good at working on your own with minimal supervision Good amount of PTO

      Cons

      Pay increases are minimal Very little room for growth Expected to work weekends & nights in addition to normal 40hr week without equivalent compensatory time off.

      Pros

      Exciting atmosphere and great peers. Interesting environment to work in as well as a great part of town.

      Cons

      Heavy amounts of favoritism and negativity with my supervisor in particular. Complete lack of communication and sense of partnership. Some of upper management seem to think they are celebrities.

      NASCAR is an innovative company that is looking forward all the time. It is a great place to dig in an apply what you know. You can really make a difference in most areas of the company.

      Cons

      Because NASCAR is so large and has so many unique business areas, it is sometimes hard to get a picture of all aspects of the company.
