Pros

The benefits are great: medical, dental, vision, etc. PTO is relatively good. Free cell phone and plan is also nice.

Cons

Women, especially young women, are not promoted as quickly as men and not compensated as well as men.

Pros

Working inside NASCAR provides hands-on opportunities and access to create new ways for fans to connect with the sport. The company understands what it takes to pull off events for 10-11 months a year and trains employees by doing with comparable compensation to other related industries.

Cons

Long hours and constant action allow for little down time. The tonnage of events and content around those events doesn't allow a lot of time for planning and often requires execution on the fly.
