      I couldn't agree with you more - our culture is great! I also love hearing that you are finding your role to be collaborative and fun - life is just too short for anything less. Without knowing your specific role and compensation details, I am hopeful you will visit with your manager or me about your path forward with our team. NAVEX does measure its compensation programs against like organizations and chooses to not pay a geography difference given today's landscape - this means we are paying above industry standards in many cases.
