Pros

If you are willing to work, they'll work you. Overtime was offered more often than not.

Cons

An easy system to abuse and no accountability. Expect you to take abuse on the phone and just shrug it off then move onto the next call. The mental health of their employees doesn't mater to them. Only thing that matters is being available to take that next call.

Pros

Hard to get fired if you’re not in sales

Cons

Operationally there is a lot of mediocrity in the ranks. Product never delivers new features. There is no strategic vision for where to grow. Marketing is plug and play. Lots of patting on the back all around for checking boxes but not for actual winning. Working two plus years now on AI and the use cases are terrible. Management drinks it’s own koolaid so criticism is not taken constructively and is often used politically against you.
