Pros

You got a paycheck and insurance

Cons

I worked here pre-pandemic and it was the worst job and working environment that I have ever been subjected to. Management says they care about their employees, but their actions tell a different story. First, there are cameras every where (I wouldn't be surprised if they were actually inside the restrooms). They watch you in the parking lot, they watch you while you eat lunch, they watch you come and go to the restroom. They time how long you're in the rest room. I was once told that if I needed to go to the restroom outside of my prescribed break time, I needed a note from a doctor. My doctor was appalled at the fact that he had to tell my supervisor that human beings occasionally have to void their bladders. They never clean. The porter drags around a trash can with a gloved hand INSIDE the trash can, and then with the same gloved hand, replaces plastic cutlery in the break room, touching and contaminating all of it. On multiple occasions, I saw bugs coming out of the coffee makers, and when I mentioned this to the front desk, they actually laughed and said "Bugs got to eat, too!" They never did anything about it, or clean the machines. My co-workers were some of the nastiest, filthiest people I have ever come in contact with. I would often go into the restroom and find urine (and once, feces) on the floor and on the toilet seat. I, more than once, saw a co-worker blowing his nose onto the floor in the call center. There were signs in the call center, saying "Change carpet" in several of the cubicles. These signs remained in place for over a year, until they mysteriously disappeared, while the soiled and worn carpet remained. HR would tell you one thing, and supervisors would say something completely different. There was no cross-training for other departments and no chance for advancement. A supervisor once flat out told me that since I was one of the top producers on his team, that he would not ALLOW me to go to a different department, sandbagging my chances at advancement.

Pros

Industry leader at the forefront of the eGRC industry. Competitive salaries, great sales plans and strong leadership. Leaders in E&C, IRM and ESG software - first organisation to be bringing all these tools under one roof.

Cons

Have seen some staff turnover in certain teams. NAVEX is a hardworking and challenging environment and not everyone is cut out for it.
