Pros

NAVEX Global really is a great company that values their employees health, wellness, and growth. Transparency has never been an issue, and is even more important and provided during the Covid era. Not only do the executives provide as much information as possible, the CEO makes sure to do monthly (sometimes more) town hall meetings to let us know what's going on. Sometimes the information is redundant if there have been no changes, but ensuring we understand how the company is progressing/handling things is important. Not only do they let us know what's going on, they actually get to know who we are by name and not just XXX employee from XXX location. Great work life balance, especially if exempt. Contact center is 24/7 so they will not have the same balance, which is expected when going into a 24/7 role - but the rest of the organization allows for great work life balance, and the ability to create flexible schedules.

Cons

Benefits really could do better - the monthly amount isn't too terrible, but they don't cover very much, whether you get the PPO or HDHP. If you add your family to the plan or plan on having a kid, the rates really are ridiculous for a large tech company. Pay is okay, but definitely not up to par with other tech companies or the cost of living. They also don't provide different salaries for different locations, so people in Idaho are making the same as those in Portland, when the cost of living is significantly higher in PDX. I suggest that there be ranges based on location as well, because it's not fair that our Idaho folks are making the same as people who have a cost of living 4+ times higher. Growth - there is growth within the company, even during the times of Covid. Pay increases have frozen but not promotions. However, it gets frustrating when people with less experience and who were hired after you are promoted before you, yet you're the go to in your department and considered the expert. If someone is hired over another person, it'd be nice to know why. And why do our annual reviews place us as 'not looking to advance at this time' when no conversation was had with us, or management doesn't know?

Pros

I worked at Navex Global for the past 3 years in their Sales Team in London. It’s a great company with plenty of excellent products and services. In fact Navex Global is the world’s largest Ethics and compliance software provider. And that really made the difference for me. They have a very impressive library of white papers and are very active in the “thought leadership space” which makes pitching and selling so much easier. There are plenty of opportunities to bring in new logos and up and cross sell as well as travel opportunities. (this is pre Covid) For somebody ambitious who isn’t shy hitting the phone and kicking in a couple of doors once in a while this is the perfect work environment. If you are hungry and want to make money this is a great place to be. If on the other hand you are looking for a cosy and relaxing work environment, routine jobs and no stress you should look elsewhere. The thing which stood out for me above all is the team spirit and willingness to push through and deliver results. When it really counts it’s all hands to the pump. A couple of words on the Management Team. The leadership team are very helpful and in my experience always willing to jump on a call or remove obstacles if and when they arise. When it gets a bit rough they will be by your side – supporting deal closure and client interaction. Again – very impressive. Last point Navex Global puts a tremendous amount of money, work and employee hours into training their workforce. There is training on every possible subject you can think of and it is very good. For new starters there is also a 2 week Boot Camp – normally hosted in the United States but currently delivered via video conference. All in all I really liked working here and I will miss my team. My verdict is 5 stars out of 5. I can highly recommend working at Navex Global.

Cons

I cant think of any.
