Revolving Sales Door - Navex Never Not Hiring.

Pros

Marketing team is a good value-add.

Cons

Your job is never not in jeopardy from day 1. Navex has a “bench model” where there is always at least 2 people waiting on a territory with nothing to do. Translation? Low man gets sliced every quarter. Also, for a software company of barely 1000 employees they have more process and red tape than the Oracle’s and Salesforce’s of the world. What’s worse is Enterprise reps are paid about 20-30% less than industry average. If you want all of this for a 90k salary, you’ve found your match and will be a terrific fit.

Pros

Great company culture Positive team environment Your departmental teams are always willing to help and give you a hand Bob is a great CEO and while we've been going through this pandemic (Covid-19 in 2020) he's been very transparent/honest

Cons

Expect the world from you but won't pay you for it Your job description is only the very beginning of what you'll do There is too much red tape, i.e. "Process", that prevents you from doing your job efficiently
