Pros

1. The training is tough but when you get out, you are ready to hit the road 2. Supporting culture 3. Uncapped commission 4. Sales Enablement Team is absolute gold 5. Despite being remote, everyone is always available and ready to help 6. Great career growth 7. NAVEX is in an ever growing industry 8. Great products 9. Salary transparency 10. Good work life balance

Cons

1. The bootcamp is super serious(which is not a con really) 2. Hiring process could be more organized (HR)

NAVEX truly cares about their people. Great benefits, management, and culture.

They don’t promote from within as much as they should. It’s hard to move laterally or move up in a sales role.
