      Great company with opportunities and encouragement to grow. Executives are accessible and always ready to help, talk or lend an ear.

      Cons

      None to speak of - it's a growing company so there are bumps and challenges but that's typical.

      -Work from home opportunities -Lots of overtime opportunities -Management not overbearing -Relatively simple work -Higher than average pay for students
