      Pros

      The company has true transparency from top to bottom and a wealth of resources in order to be successful here. Coming from a small organization to large company such as NAVEX, I'm thrilled to see how communicative everyone is, especially working remote. I feel as if I have the tools to be successful and that's extremely important to me!

      Cons

      Not being able to work in the office to be face to face with colleagues but that is outside of our control currently.

      Pros

      Easy work once you get the hang of it. It’s a remote job so you don’t have to worry about office attire, transportation ect.

      Cons

      Call volume is extreme some days and you can’t get a break. Irate callers complaining about nonsense but per company guidelines you must take the report anyway. A lot of employees don’t realize that Navex is a 3rd party company and not their company so this leads to a lot of frustration.
