Pros

There are ample opportunities for advancement. The company culture is amazing, and there are tons of fun events for you to get to know your coworkers. There are also amazing incentives for overtime (for hourly employees) as well as participation in the physical wellness activities. Very open communication, and excellent training.

Cons

The benefits are not ideal, particularly for a single person. The health plan is a high deductible one, and coverage isn't ideal.

Pros

A lot of overtime opportunities. 401K. Health insurance benefits. If you’re an extrovert you’ll fit right in because everyone talks to you. There are alot of nice people

Cons

The calls are not good for your sanity or health. This place will literally drive you into a depression. They should have an on site therapist for the employees. There’s very little work life balance. They claim to be understanding about you needing time off, but they really don’t since it’s so easy for them to replace you. Turn over rate is very high. There’s also alot of favoritism and secret politics. Your work ethic doesn’t matter. You’ll only move up if you kiss up to the management. This place is basically for workaholics with no life who enjoy drama. Oh and they also lie to get people to the company. They promised that it would be a work at home opportunity (only reason I took the job) and then acted clueless when I brought it up later. They don’t really tell you exactly what your job is until you’re in the door. A lot of shadiness.
