great pay for bilinguals getting to choose your schedule if you over perform

Cons

24/7 center, so its hard to get the days you want off shift bids twice a year based on your performance

Pros

Solid team, good coworkers throughout the whole of the Lake Oswego office, challenging and engaging work, opportunities to better yourself and earn promotions, brilliant open office space, good time off policy and work/life balance, not micro managed, open and transparent company culture, growing company that is a leader in the industry.

Cons

Pay could be a little better - but who doesn't say that? Medical insurance isn't the best.
