Work until you drop

Pros

Hmmmm, what can I say.

Cons

Management have not time for their employees, vice president reckons work you until you drop for 2 years, once your burnt out and stressed. Replace and train a new starter! All about the bottom line with no care for their employees. Sick leave, unless you are dying, they simply won't pay you. No chance of promotion unless the person above leaves. Do not work here..

Good team but horrible management

Pros

The team itself is very close-knit that talking to the team member they helpful. And I remember the interview process is very smooth and efficient I know they don't have bonuses but the compensation is good for me with the inclusion mindset.

Cons

It is terrible about this company doing well during COVID but laying off the people in both US and UK teams for restructuring while the new CEO increases the cost of luxury site visits between the US and the UK.
