Pathetic people in US dominating us Indians

Cons

Avoid working here at any cost. They make you work like donkey. Your personal life and health will go for a toss. Salary/Performance review by manager is a huge Joke. In India, the Americans treat people like donkey too.

working from home, staff seem to work well together remotely.

Cons

Senior Management do not care about their staff. They don't know your name and have no interest in finding out about you even if you work really really hard and try and push yourself.
