Pros

Engaging supportive colleagues and leadership, clear goals and expectations as well as high levels of transparency. A little surprised by the 1* rating below - that's certainly not been my experience or any of the colleagues I interact with.

Cons

Difficult sales environment with customers sometimes very price sensitive

Great culture/ benefits but low pay

- Great people to work with - Flexible about days you need to go into the office - WFH if needed - Good benefits package - Encourage you to work on areas you enjoy - Diverse

Cons

- Low pay. USA/UK pay is not equal - USA paid more for the same job role. - Little to no promotions/ salary rises

Communication is shocking

Pros

The direct team is great and supportive. Work life balance is great. Salary is ok. The company has a purpose.

Cons

Communication from higher up is not as transparent as thought! Sudden layoffs even though the company is in a strong position. - makes no sense. Too sales focused, very aggressive sales. With an over the top president's club. Very America focused, with a very American mentality which is difficult for the international team.
