Great people, great support, geared towards sales people

Cons

Going through an acquisition so things are a little disjointed at the moment.

Pros

- Mind blowing training program (2 weeks in america) - Amazing sales methodology which the company fully adopts - Great commission incentives, the business sets you up to do well

Cons

- The head office is in the middle of no where (Brentford) - The training program was fantastic but extremely intensive, 8 hour training session, followed up by 3 hrs homework each night - The office culture in London completely different to office culture in America - it is a little bit bland and dreary unfortunately

Pros

Providing good things in a World where there is a lot to put right is pretty gratifying. To work for a company whose products are there to benefit everyone is also pretty gratifying. To work for a business that is pulling in the same direction for the benefit of all makes it as good as it gets..

Cons

In a smaller office the opportunity to progress is limited so perhaps more development programs for ambitious staff members.
