      Pros

      * Great culture with annual check-ins from HR/execs to keep a pulse * Excellent work/life balance, including flexible schedules, remote/hybrid work options, and generous PTO and life leave * For the first time in a long time, I feel everyone (or just about everyone) genuinely cares about the work, the customers, and their colleagues and all put in the effort to meet goals and achieve desired results together

      * Pay is on the lower end of industry averages, but total benefit package makes up for this in my situation * I would like to see more diversity, especially among leadership and executive team
