      Pros

      Great company culture Positive team environment Your departmental teams are always willing to help and give you a hand Bob is a great CEO and while we've been going through this pandemic (Covid-19 in 2020) he's been very transparent/honest

      Expect the world from you but won't pay you for it Your job description is only the very beginning of what you'll do There is too much red tape, i.e. "Process", that prevents you from doing your job efficiently

      Pros

      It was close to my house. And they had beer available every Friday after three o’clock. The boss bought us chick-fil-a from time to time.

      Cons

      This was the worst experience of my life a thus far. I don’t mean my professional life, but my life as a whole. They encourage a “speak up” culture, but as soon as one does they are ostracized or fired. Please read the reviews posted by the account executives, mostly all are negative and TRUE! The training is two weeks long in Portland, Oregon. The trainer has no sales experience. She trains. Those who can’t, teach. You come back and you are not guaranteed a territory. Some people wait up to 4 months before they can finally start selling. This company is banking it on numerous government regulations, so if you’re territory is in California or New York you will do fine. If you’re unfortunate enough to arbitrarily be placed in the Ozarks, you will struggle. If you are not happy at your current job look elsewhere or stay where you’re at- “the devil you know...”

      Pros

      I only had to stay for 3-4 months.

      Cons

      Legacy product was junk! Ran through code converters from VB -> VB.NET -> C#. Yuck! Management disconnected. "Architects" were a joke.
