      Pros

      As a Vista company, there are a lot of best practices put into place. They can be challenging, but they're great for learning and improvement for individuals as well as teams. Some really good people and a better place to work than you'd think of a compliance software company. Nice offices.

      Cons

      As a private equity held company, taking care of employees comes after ensuring shareholder value growth. Which is ironic for a company that sells ethics software and seeks (earnestly) to deliver a strong, positive culture. Benefits are not good, pay is average. Employee retention is not good for a company like this.

      Solid company with room to grow

      Pros

      Paychecks on time, shift differential available, bilingual differential available, downtime on phones, decent management and promotion track. Nice offices and location in the city.

      Cons

      Time management clocks, high turnover rate for communication specialists, sharing desks, preferential treatment from managers, short lunch breaks that get you in trouble if you come back one minute late.
