Pros

The people are generally nice, there is a parking garage

Cons

If one of the pros is your parking garage, you have problems. They don't seem to have a clue where their product is going or how to get there. The product owner sits in meetings more interested in what's on his phone or his laptop than what is going on in the meeting. They seem to think that Agile means keeping track of daily minutia, but not having any concept of the finished product. There are good people there, but they are being worked into the ground while new people they bring on to augment twiddle their thumbs waiting for work.

Pros

Plenty of work to do, some allowance for creativity Some talented employees Awesome Products and a great Set of published Core Values

Cons

Too much work with no organization Losing all the real visionaries at a rapid pace Published Core Values are not really followed and are defintiely not applicable to the leadership. Sr Leaders lackluster, toxic, and are often allowed to be (Maybe even encouraged) What was once a promising Company and a great work environment, is now rampant with horrible ethics violations and a management team willing to turn a blind eye. What a shame.

Pros

Talented, hardworking individual contributors who genuinely care about the product and customers. Fully remote work remains a strong benefit. Good work-life balance if you’re able to ignore ongoing uncertainty. Some managers still try to shield their teams from chaos as best they can. Solid learning opportunities earlier on, especially pre-acquisition.

Cons

Company direction has shifted heavily toward cost-cutting over people and product quality. Frequent layoffs and outsourcing have severely hurt morale and trust. Constant reorganizations and “transformation” initiatives create confusion and instability. Increased workloads for remaining employees with little recognition or compensation adjustment. Career growth feels increasingly limited despite higher expectations. Leadership messaging often feels disconnected from day-to-day reality. Decisions feel reactive rather than strategic, with short-term financial goals prioritized over long-term sustainability.
