Pros

Some truly Great People to work for here and some great customers

Cons

This place is awful. It used to be Ethics Point under the leadership of David Childers (now gone). It is now a disaster. There is no leadership, especially in the Engineering Organization as all the competent Managers were let go or ran out of town on a rail during the merger. Those who are left have no leadership skills, no ability to motivate and tend to back stab brutally. ANYONE who disagrees with management will be let go and made to look like a problem.
