Pros

-Flexible Time Off policy -10 paid holidays -have had positive experiences with managers and team members -collaborative and supportive

Cons

-poor pay compared to industry averages -long, hard hours -mediocre health insurance options -employer doesn't subsidize much of health insurance -no equity or other forms of extra pay -no tuition, internet, or office supply reimbursement programs -several layoffs in past few years -trying to force a return to offices with hybrid schedule -micromanaging employees -lots of internal nepotism -small raises don't keep pace with cost of living even for top performers

Pros

Being an Ethics and Compliance company, they strive to be the leader in ethics and compliance themselves. Because of this, you don't need to worry about underhanded deeds and shady practices. The company is invested in career growth and actively works with employees on career plans.

Cons

For those who have been employed for a while with the company, there is a longing for the days before COVID-19 when the company had BBQs, Christmas parties, snacks, etc. Some offices were closed down and remote work became normal. It is slowly getting back to this lifestyle, and the company is still a fun place to work, but it was hard for those who had experienced the older days to see all that go away for a time.
