Pros

The management and co-workers are nice and easy to get involved with. Management tries to keep things interactive and inclusive even though it's hard to be interactive when you work in a call center. Some room for growth. Job is straight to the point and easy to do.

Cons

No paid parental leave for this position; you get parental leave, but who can afford to work with out pay on 14.50 hrly. You only accrue PTO, there is are no sick hours. Management has been somewhat difficult when it comes to being sick, providing doctor's notes and still giving points. Stuck to the phone beside breaks, lunches, or rare "meetings." Time off is based on hours allotted to the entire contact center. If you are creative or passionate about doing things that make change, this is not a job for you.

Dear NAVEX Team Member,I'm sorry to hear you are not having the experience we would hope with our team. Our non-exempt professionals in our Contact Center do have a strong scheduling requirements to support our customers that can absolutely be frustrating on a personal level for people. I hope you will consider other career paths available to you at NAVEX; many of our Contact Center team members have gone on to experience very rewarding careers with other departments. If you're interested in learning more, please connect with your manager and our Recruiting Team as the experience you are gaining in our Contact Center will be incredibly helpful to you as you consider other opportunities!Thank you for your candor here and the chance to have this dialogue with you!Best,Cindy RazSVP, HR & OD

Pros

As far as contact centers go, the nature of the work is pleasant. In-bound calls are more enjoyable and for the most part I enjoyed assisting people with their concerns.

Cons

The company decided to outsource their work to Colombia and let everyone go at the branch I worked at.

Dear Former NAVEX Global Team Member, Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts. I do want to clarify that our team has not, nor plans to, let go of everyone in our Rexburg office. We are working to move hotline calls managed in our Contact Center based in Rexburg to our Charlotte, NC location, in addition to other locations that we lean on for coverage and to support local regulatory requirements. Our presence in Rexburg will continue to be a key location for many of our engineers and services team members; if you would like to pursue one of these roles, please do let me know!Best,Cindy Raz SVP, HR & ODBest,Cindy RazSVP, HR & OD
