      Medical benefits reasonably good I guess

      Constant pressure, total lack of respect for coworkers, managers not at all interested in managing people. Pay well below market.

      Dissapointing Experience

      There are certainly a few good people and unlimited PTO was a plus

      Cons

      Pay is way below average. Every communiction from CEO is waaaay over-the-top excitement. To the point where it comes across as fake.

      Low wages, Depressing work

      You can make your own hours initially.

      Cons

      Incredibly low wages especially for 2023, depressing work, angry callers, CS allowed to be verbally abused, short lunch break, not given enough time to end your shift on time, the work effort you have to perform for the low pay is unfair.
