Pros

I appreciated the experience provided at NAVEX. As a Business Development Representative I learned how to better preform in sales remote. in addition, I learned how to utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other applications. Furthermore, as a BDR, the Account Executives I provided meetings for allowed me to acquire an understand about how their position works and important key factors to learn.

Cons

The leadership outside of the manager assigned to BDRs at NAVEX wasn't very involved. Also, at times employees would express unethical practices resulting in poor customer interactions and at times express unethical communication amongst peers and leaders.

Pros

Good people on the sales team to commiserate with and nothing else... literally nothing!

Cons

- micromanagement to death - crazy high turnover - values employees very little - most of their products are unsellable and embarrassing to showcase/antiquated - ZERO marketing-qualified leads - did I mention micromanagement? - mgmt. seems panicked all the time and there is no coherent message
