Decent benefits, but terrible pay and no career growth opportunities

Decent health plan, great HSA and PTO. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Will invest in literally any other benefit except for salary. Incredibly underpaid employees and high turnover rate as a result. Very limited career growth opportunities.

None really. Sales is sales, so potentially can be stressful if not meeting quotas, but seems more obtainable than other companies I’ve worked for.
