Pros

I work on a great team with really supportive management. I feel like my opinions matter and that I am more than just a cog in the machine. We are held to a high standard and offer extraordinary support to our customers.

Cons

The insurance benefits could be better, and I am not a huge fan of using detailed metrics to track productivity.

Good team but horrible management

Pros

The team itself is very close-knit that talking to the team member they helpful. And I remember the interview process is very smooth and efficient I know they don't have bonuses but the compensation is good for me with the inclusion mindset.

Cons

It is terrible about this company doing well during COVID but laying off the people in both US and UK teams for restructuring while the new CEO increases the cost of luxury site visits between the US and the UK.
