Communication is shocking

Pros

The direct team is great and supportive. Work life balance is great. Salary is ok. The company has a purpose.

Cons

Communication from higher up is not as transparent as thought! Sudden layoffs even though the company is in a strong position. - makes no sense. Too sales focused, very aggressive sales. With an over the top president's club. Very America focused, with a very American mentality which is difficult for the international team.

Great Company, Great Management

Pros

Lots of great people to work with. Definitely feel valued and contribute to the success of the company. Lots of change recently which opens new opportunities. Work from home - can't complain.

Cons

Benefits are decent but not competitive for a SaaS company.
