      Amazing CS Team /Executive Support Lacking

      Pros

      CS is the amazing. Everyone can be friends and more relaxed. The environment is supportive and fun.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking. Raises are inconsistent and a bit sad. Executive team hardly approves more staffing which leads current employees to burnout and leave.
