People are genuine - the executive team really care about the experience people have - hybrid model - our products create meaningful impact for our customers.

Cons

Tracking quota attainment by month versus by quarter and sometimes forgetting too quickly what we have delivered.

I appreciated the experience provided at NAVEX. As a Business Development Representative I learned how to better preform in sales remote. in addition, I learned how to utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other applications. Furthermore, as a BDR, the Account Executives I provided meetings for allowed me to acquire an understand about how their position works and important key factors to learn.

Cons

The leadership outside of the manager assigned to BDRs at NAVEX wasn't very involved. Also, at times employees would express unethical practices resulting in poor customer interactions and at times express unethical communication amongst peers and leaders.
