Pros

The only pro about this company are the benefits. Medical, Dental, 401K, etc.. plans are effective first day on the job.

Cons

Managers have their favorites. HR personnel sides more towards management. Low team moral. Managers will not confess their mistakes and would lie about it.

Pros

NCCI is constantly modernizing and affording employees the opportunity to add new skills and put those skills to work. NCCI is a fantastic place for self-motivated individuals who like to get ideas heard and learn the pros and cons of various ideas. My co-workers work hard at advancing skill sets. It pushes me and keeps me fresh!

Cons

Many of the reviews talk about lack of opportunity due to high-tenure. Yep, part n parcel of a fantastic place to work! People stay and try to move up too. Postings and promotions are competitive with a lot of qualified candidates.

Horrible Experience

Pros

Since being let go I now make almost 90% more money 11 months later and yes doing the same job some very uninformed person said I couldn't do.

Cons

I was treated very poorly. They hired me away from a great job where I had been for years to build a product that would have been simple build for me. I do it all the time and have been for ten years. In fact three weeks after they let me go I had another job working for a fortune 500 doing the same thing, only at my new job they let me do my job. When I first went to the company's website I laughed, I thought I was getting a call from a professional company looking to hire me but had reservations when I saw their website. Then they directed me to a new slightly better microsite site that was clearly stood up to help them gain the confidence of people they want to hire. I like so many others wish they had never stepped into ncci.
