Great place to learn through experience as you will exposed to a wide variety of operational challenges and establish solid lessons learned to apply in the future

Cons

The physician group will never be viewed as something worthy of investing in as long as it’s owned by the hospital. Operational leaders have little to no experience outside of NCH and frankly do not have the background knowledge and skills to understand and manage a P&L.
