      Pros

      Colleagues are great to work with. Made lots of friends at Nch. Physicians are easy to work with. There are no problems when nursing management stays away

      Cons

      Management does not care about the staff or quality patient care. Just their bonus. I had a colleague pass out and the director had no interest in her wellbeing. Never even asked after I told her.

      Loved my coworkers! Loved the patients.

      Went through a "transition" phase with them- during that time, it was chaos.

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Charting is all electronic. Nice to have meds stored in server in pt's rooms.

      Cons

      Worst management. No team work here. If your unit is short, don't expect any help from your nurse managers if you are working on rehab. The people in charge on Brookdale constantly badmouth all the employees. The manager is the worst gossip ever. Shares personal information with other employees that should never be shared.
