      Pros

      They have nice family oriented events that are free. They offer discounts to local businesses and theme parks. I'm stumped for more words.

      Cons

      Employee theft of personal items is a huge problem. Management is resistant to changing with the times. High turnover of employees. Disgruntled employees. Not. Great work environment but its a job and it barely pays the bills. I take that back it doesn't pay the bills because they gouge you with the high cost of their medical benefits. I have $8000.00 deductible for me with no spouse and 2 kids. Not to mention the $375 they take from my income per month for medical.

      Pros

      Clean working environment. Naples is a beautiful place to live if you can handle serious conservatives.

      Cons

      Left when CEO was getting $100,000 bonus. Last nurse raise in my department was 60 cents for a complete 3 year period.
