Lovely place and challenging work but HR policies too tight

Love the people, location and the work emencely.

Cons

I was only there not even a month and I had 3 days off due to illness and BOOM i was no longer wanted because HR policy meant that in the first 30 days no more than 3 days off for ANYTHING.
