It was a nursing job.

Cons

Worst environment I have ever worked in. Low wages, employees are taken advantage of, management make life there a living hell of you speak up, especially if you mention the substandard care patients are receiving.

Patient care is provided to those brave customers are willing to let NCH staff work on them

Cons

The executive team is so far behind on current management practices. All decisions are made by the Chief Legal Officer. Most executives should consider retirement. The environment is terrible at best and executives don’t seem to mind they’re building a culture that is despised by most who work there.
