      Pros

      Centrally located. Co workers can be nice folks.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership. An old boys club. They hire fresh new people and then end up ailienating them until they quit. Some areas do not give standard of care and no one really knows or cares.

      good co-workers in general in the physicians group

      Cons

      dishonest, unethical, no support at all by upper management; everyone is bailing, outsource many depts, overwork, underpaid must use their physicians for their health insurance, and these are the most expensive in this area.
